		Permanent exhibition: Discover the World Heritage Site Jungfrau-Aletsch

Why not combining a hike across the Aletsch region with a tour through the Pro Natura Center Aletsch? Our exhibition about nature and the diversity of species, the breathtaking alpine garden and a range of exciting guided tours and excursions are part of our program for day trip visitors.






Exhibition
The permanent exhibition called “Pro Natura Centre Aletsch - Gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jungfrau - Aletsch” invites you to discover the fascinating World Heritage site: find out about the alpine genesis, enjoy a virtual flight with an eagle and discover why God does not water the canton of Valais. And there's lots of stuff for kids to enjoy too!


Additionally, the Center disposes of an alterning exhibition, changing every year. Themed "The brown bear – An Intelligent Loner" Pro Natura wants to introduce you 2009 to the brown bear, Pro Natura's animal of the year.

Opening hours in summer
Daily from 9 am to 6 pm
From june 13th until october 18th, 2009


Opening hours in winter:
From december 2009 until April 2010 each tuesday from 2pm till 4.30pm
